The Runaway Intervention Program educates adolescents about high risk situations that could potentially occur if they decide to runaway from home or engage in curfew violations. It provides a reasoning why it is important to be accountable to parents and most importantly, it offers coping strategies to use instead of running away from a difficult family situation. Adolescence is a difficult time and the most significant period of growth for everyone so a supportive environment is offered in this program.
The Runaway Intervention Program is offered one Thursday of each month from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. It is a cost of $90 due in cash at the beginning of the class period. Please call 469-774-1305 to register.
